Experienced Payroller – Immediate Start (West London)

Contract: 3 to 6 months (temp or FTC), strong possibility of permanent conversion

Salary: Competitive + uplift for experience

The Opportunity

My client is looking for a highly capable payroller who can hit the ground running. They operate a large, complex payroll of c.50,000 employees, but the environment is modern and largely automated through Procentia Intellipay so there is not much data inputting. The role suits someone who is confident managing large payrolls and thrives in an accuracy‑critical environment.

Key Requirements

  • Significant payroll experience in medium–large organisations
  • Strong payroll reconciliations skills — this is essential
  • Ability to work confidently with Procentia Intellipay (or similar automated payroll systems)
  • Comfortable managing exceptions, queries, and ensuring payroll accuracy at scale
  • Able to start quickly — ideally immediate or within 1–2 weeks
