More Information: Your RoleAs a (Senior) Associate in the Portfolio Management, Capital Markets team, you will take the lead in managing FINN’s portfolio of financed assets, ensuring asset-backed financing transactions are optimized and operate smoothly. You will assist in onboarding and structuring new capital markets transactions, acting as a critical partner to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
- Own portfolio management and reporting, contribute to team strategy, and drive process improvements.
- Support execution and project management of capital markets transactions, including investor diligence, operational setup, reporting, negotiations, and post-close monitoring.
- Act as a key interface with external stakeholders like investors, lenders, rating agencies, auditors, and service providers.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for Capital Markets, collaborating with Fleet, Operations, and Data teams.
- Proactively improve processes and operational efficiencies.
- Lead adoption of analytics and data tools to analyze performance, working with large data sets.
Your Profile
- 4+ years in Portfolio Management, Back or Middle Office roles within Structured Finance, with buy-side/sell-side or fintech experience.
- Experience structuring and operationalizing complex asset-backed/structured finance transactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with attention to detail.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, with excellent communication skills, perfectionism, and a passion for structured finance.
- Ambitious and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel (if based in London).
- Bonus: CFA or similar qualifications, experience with Python/SQL & data analysis tools.
