About the opportunity: As an EiR, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, and entrepreneurship. This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems from first principles, is eager to take full ownership of initiatives, and is motivated to explore new opportunities that can shape the trajectory of the company. You’ll identify the biggest challenges and opportunities, scope and prioritize solutions, and then lead their successful execution.

This is a unique opportunity to build, iterate, and experiment inside a high-growth startup while having the support of a talented team and direct access to the founding team. You’ll help us scale the business while also preparing yourself for future leadership opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions to critical problems in product, sales, customer success, or operations.
  • Build a deep understanding of our product and business to anticipate needs and shape future opportunities.
  • Design and oversee scalable operational processes that enable growth.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Capital Markets, Growth, etc.) to deliver solutions.
  • Play a hands-on role in building and scaling teams to support long-term growth.
  • Drive new ideas, pilot experiments, and push initiatives from concept to implementation.

What you need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, plus 1–2+ years in strategy, business operations, or an entrepreneurial role within fintech, vertical SaaS, or financial services.
  • A proven track record in stakeholder and project management, including direct client interaction.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in product-centric environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, scalable solutions.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, including at the C-level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and impact.
  • Experience working closely with product teams is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Flexible, distributed-first work culture (with a beautiful office in Berlin if you prefer in-person).
  • Access to WeWork offices worldwide.
  • Regular team off-sites across the EU.
  • 30 vacation days per year.

We're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We welcome diverse perspectives and people who think out of the box and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.
