Job Description

Performance & Excellence Associate

Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office)

Scotland

Up to £50k Car allowance.

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice required. J07 Desirable.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving a high-performance culture across the adviser network. A typical day might include:

  • Delivering engaging training sessions (face-to-face, webinars, e-learning) to enhance planner capabilities.
  • Holding regular one-to-one sessions with advisers to provide actionable feedback on skills, standards, and performance.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments including Distribution, Operations, and Compliance to align goals and share best practices.
  • Using performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend targeted actions.
  • Facilitating peer-to-peer learning and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Supporting integration projects for new acquisitions and new adviser onboarding.
