The Role

As Wealth Advisory Development Manager, your core focus will be leading and empowering a team of up to 10 wealth advisers. You’ll spend your time coaching and mentoring advisers to help them grow - both technically and commercially - while supporting them to deliver exceptional service to their clients. You’ll monitor performance and set realistic, stretching KPIs, using data to drive improvement. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help to embed best practices across advice, client engagement, and compliance, ensuring advisers feel supported and ambitious in equal measure. This is not just a management role - it’s a leadership position where your influence directly shapes adviser success and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a financial advisor
  • Level four qualified, ideally moving toward chartered
  • Experience in management of other advisors preferable
