We are supporting a major consultancy delivering clean water operational services across the South East. This role suits an experienced operational leader who enjoys managing people, performance and programme delivery in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
The Role
- You will oversee daily delivery across leak detection, data collection and customer-side leakage (CSL) programmes.
- Working across multiple sites, you will lead field teams, coordinate resources and ensure all workstreams meet safety, quality and KPI expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate field-based teams across multiple locations
- Manage daily operations, workforce planning and resource allocation
- Drive productivity and performance across leak detection, data and CSL workstreams
- Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting requirements
- Oversee fleet utilisation, compliance and cost control
- Deliver toolbox talks, site briefings and safe systems of work
