FJA are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Manufacturing Company based in the Rochdale area for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
The role will be a Group position, the successful candidate will therefore be covering multiple sites in the Rochdale area.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsibilities:
To carry out routine test and inspection on electrical systems and portable electrical equipment
To work safely within the company's Health and Safety Procedures.
To work within the requirements and BS 7671 (Electrical Regulations)
To reduce costs where possible and use the preventative maintenance system to reduce unplanned maintenance
Assisting the maintenance manager with projects and developments
To maintain maintenance activities in compliance with ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001 and other customer specific standards
Assisting the Engineering Manager with ongoing/new projects
Approximately 30% of this role will be mechanical and a flexible approach to overtime and shutdown work is required
To have a flexible approach towards overtime, shutdown working and call-out cover as required
