FJA are working with a national leader in the Water industry, who are looking to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. The Senior H&S Advisor will play an integral part of the SHEQ team based in the Manchester / Northwest region. The role is a permanent full-time position.

As a Senior Health and Safety Advisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that robust health and safety standards are consistently implemented across their high-profile construction sites which cover complex civil engineering, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works. You will report directly to the SHEQ Framework Manager, the responsibilities will include:
- Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance at a Senior Level.
- Maintaining a dynamic and driven approach to supporting SHEQ across the company.
- Facilitating the development and implementation of policies, procedures, management systems and risk controls, which will help reduce risk and support a positive SHEQ culture.
- Organising audits and supporting the delivery and execution of SHEQ assurance audits.
- Conducting accident/incident investigations and/or supporting investigations conducted by the Head of SHEQ.
