Purpose and scope of the Contract Team Leader role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive Contract Team Leader to support leakage and network performance delivery across the South-East Water region. Working closely with Regional Leakage Managers, you will coordinate a team of Data Maintenance Technicians and help keep monitoring devices, systems and field-based activity running effectively. This is a hands-on role spanning planning, operational control, data management and field support. You will manage tasks using in-house systems (Waternet), maintain accurate records, support incident response, track performance and contribute to overall team success.
