FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf our client based in the Bolton area.
Reporting to the Head of People & Development, this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing team.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, as well as working behind the scenes to review recruitment data, forecast requirements, and ensure all recruitment activities are in line with departmental policies and budgets.
We are looking for a confident communicator who can multitask and organise their workload effectively.

Manage the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, including maintaining regular contact.
Effectively plan recruitment requirements, advising on a broad range of talent acquisition initiatives such as pipelining, diversity and manpower planning.
Facilitate a centralised recruitment service to the business promoting fairness, inclusion and respect.
