We are recruiting Trainee Field Technicians to join a leading water utilities company, supporting essential leak detection work across the underground water network. No previous experience is needed — just a full UK driving licence and a willingness to work outdoors.
Location: Hampshire
Working Hours: Days and nights roles available – 40 hours per week.

The Role:
This is a practical, field‑based role working outdoors at night, supporting leak detection activities across the water network.
Daily Duties:
- Assist with detailed surveys to identify the type and location of water leaks
- Support repair teams by providing accurate leak detection information
- Carry out project and survey work across the network
- Upload data to a laptop and complete all required paperwork
- Drive between sites and perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and stretching
- Follow strict health & safety procedures
- Use specialist equipment to detect leakage noise and pinpoint leak locations

- Drivers, van drivers, multi‑drop drivers, meter readers, field technicians, labourers, warehouse operatives, refuse loaders, delivery drivers, postal workers, outdoor operatives, or anyone experienced in manual/outdoor work

Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence
