We are recruiting for Leakage Technicians to work on leak detection projects within the water industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in utilities and water network operations. This role will be covering Newbury/Didcot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detect and locate leaks using specialist equipment (Correlator, Pipe Tracer, Ground Microphone, Listening Stick).
  • Assist repair teams by providing accurate leak detection data.
  • Assist in adequate and accurate completion of all paperwork (including time sheets, survey forms, leak details and other duties as required).
  • Possess basic computer skills as you will be uploading data onto a laptop.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence as you are required to drive for the role.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in leakage detection within the water industry is essential
  • EUSR Water Hygiene qualification
  • Unit 2 Street Works qualification
  • Experience in Step Testing, Trunk Mains, Validation, and Seepage (desirable but not essential).
