FJA is recruiting for a Manufacturer Partnership Manager on behalf of our client, a specialist in Employee Car Ownership Schemes and other Car Customised Schemes. Our schemes are designed to benefit both employers and employees.

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Manufacturer Partnership Manager Role:

  • Support and grow business with automotive brand partner schemes; enhance propositions within franchised dealer networks and manufacturer employees.
  • Involve data analysis, product and marketing strategy, commercial positioning, and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Understand solutions and technical structures; monitor and improve existing schemes; identify competitor solutions.
  • Brand Expertise: Develop understanding of each manufacturer brand; analyze industry intelligence; research industry news for strategic insights.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance and trends; enhance KPI reporting; challenge and improve data resources.
  • Communication: Update stakeholders regularly; manage engagement with manufacturer partners; produce reports; maintain CRM activities; create marketing briefs.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, verbal, and written skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships.

Desirable:

  • Presentation skills at all levels.
  • Experience in automotive industry or project management.
