FJA are recruiting for an experienced Administrator on behalf of our client based in Shaw, Oldham. You will provide varied and hands-on Administration support to the office which will include telephone and email communication, data processing and completing all Admin tasks.
Key duties of the Administrator will include:
- Data processing - inputting Sales Orders / Quotes
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Acknowledging and responding to emails
- General Admin - filing, updating systems etc
- Assist with resolving customer or supplier queries
- Any ad hoc Admin related tasks
You will be joining a well-established and growing business - this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving team. Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
To be considered for the Administrator role, you must have previous experience in a similar office-based role and have excellent attention to detail.
