Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients Commercial team in the Wastewater industry. This role offers hybrid working, you will report to the Managing QS, you will take responsibility for key accounts on large projects or manage the financial performance of smaller schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage applications, valuations, and cost/value reconciliation.
- Monitor costs, forecasting, and contribute to monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with risk and value management to optimise project outcomes.
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
- Promote safety awareness and escalate risks where necessary.
About You:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- Experience with a main contractor.
- Desirable: Water sector experience.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts.
