FJA is recruiting a Logging Data Analyst for a leading service provider in the utilities industry, supporting fixed network activities. The role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills and office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and record Points of Interest (POI) using established methods, processes and third‑party systems.
  • Accurately collect and log data to support reporting objectives and fixed network activities.
  • Work with deployment and maintenance teams to ensure performance targets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Assist the Logging Manager with the maintenance and management of logging equipment within set deadlines.
  • Maintain data management practices in strict compliance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy when capturing and recording operational data.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting new methods and efficiencies within logging processes.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data capture and data entry processes.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GIS systems or the water industry (leak detection) would be beneficial but is not essential.
