Installation Training Manager role:
Responsible for delivering practical installation training both on-site and off-site
Providing technical advice on fire protection and stopping, and surveying installations
Working closely with the technical, sales and marketing departments to offer appropriate product support
Build expertise on the Firefly fire protection range of products in order to deliver appropriate training and support, Creating and managing training using a CRM system
Managing training records, such as reporting on attendance, training feedback, and change requests to drive continuous improvement
Conducting site audits and product inspections
Conducting product demonstrations for customers
Proficient in using construction and engineering tools
Have a fantastic attention to detail
Strong knowledge of active and passive fire protection systems and their components
A self-motivated individual who works independently and communicates effectively with management and team members
On-site inspection experience preferred but not required
Previous knowledge or experience in Firefly or similar fire protection products / materials would be highly advantageous
Clean driving licence
