Job Description
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Data Administrator to join their leak detection and logging teambased in the Horsham area.
The main purpose of the role is to review all data received from the underground logging equipment to detect any possible leaks or issues in the water network, to enable the field teams to locate and fix any issues.

Issue Noise Logging packs for Logging Technicians and Supervisors Adhere to all required deadlines and timeframes for suspected leak investigation procedures Produce follow up pack including all relevant information to support data investigation Maintain and update trackers and the inhouse system Liaise with colleagues, including fellow Analysts to review targeting for Noise Logging Work closely with the Logging Supervisor for the area to ensure that work completion reports are issued in a timely manner Liaise with the Logging Technicians to support if needed and provide updates Attend Logging meetings as required Attend and take part in training sessions as required.
Work closely with Administrators for area Maintain and update the asset list for area To raise any areas of concerns/improvement suggestions with Logging Manager Data Administrator requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience of working in an office environment.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (especially Microsoft Excel).
Understanding of best practices for data capture and management Good problem-solving ability.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work alone and as part of the team to achieve targets is essential.
