FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities sector for an experienced Project Director. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a portfolio of complex operational projects within Asset Survey & Inspection field services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire regional/project managers and dispersed field teams
- Drive commercial success and manage regional P&L performance
- Support bids and proposals with strong value propositions
- Deliver financial targets and implement process improvements
- Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Provide accurate performance reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the water and wastewater sector
