FJA is hiring on behalf of a prominent utilities service provider for an experienced Flow Survey Crew Leader, based in the Irlam area.

Flow Survey Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of three field operatives
- Install and maintain flow survey equipment such as flow monitors, rain gauges, and depth sensors
- Collect and analyse sewer flow data during both dry and wet weather conditions to support utility companies in designing effective drainage systems that reduce flooding and pollution
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy manhole covers, working in confined spaces, and operating in all weather conditions—night shifts may be required
Flow Survey Crew Leader Requirements:
- Proven experience in drainage or a related field
- Proficiency in GIS mapping software for navigating and interpreting drainage networks
- Strong understanding of public sewer systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous record-keeping
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous flow survey experience is highly desirable
