FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities sector for an experienced Project Director. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing a portfolio of complex operational projects within Asset Survey & Inspection field services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire regional/project managers and dispersed field teams
  • Drive commercial success and manage regional P&L performance
  • Support bids and proposals with strong value propositions
  • Deliver financial targets and implement process improvements
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Provide accurate performance reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the water and wastewater sector
