Finlay Jude Associates Ltd is recruiting for a Manufacturer Partnership Manager on behalf of a specialist client in Employee Car Ownership Schemes and other Car Customised Schemes. Our schemes provide benefits to both employer and employees. The role is based in Bury, Greater Manchester. Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid opportunity with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow business with automotive brand partner schemes and enhance the proposition within the franchised dealer network and manufacturer employees.
- Perform data analysis and reporting, product and marketing strategy, commercial positioning and account management.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge of all solutions and technical structures; evolve products to meet manufacturer partner objectives.
- Monitor commercial performance of solutions and recommend scheme improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify competitor solutions to maintain competitiveness and value.
- Ensure schemes are managed effectively within company systems, design improvements, and implemented on schedule.
- Develop brand strategies and marketing campaigns based on industry intelligence and manufacturer news.
- Analyze performance and trends to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Enhance KPI reporting suite and challenge existing data resources to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process-driven reporting.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain engagement with manufacturers to deliver scheme performance insights.
- Produce weekly and monthly board reporting summarising scheme activity and forecasts.
- Manage CRM activities and document tasks aligned to brand strategy.
- Create compelling marketing briefs to support manufacturer objectives and maximize scheme participation.
Qualifications
- Education to A Level or equivalent in a business or commercial subject.
- Highly analytical, numerical, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of systems and MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Thorough, patient, and pride to deliver tasks to exacting standards.
- Meticulous organisational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, committed, and accountable with a proven track record of managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Desirable
- Competent presentation skills to audiences at all levels.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in managing projects.
