Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure team delivering essential water and wastewater projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of developer services schemes, supporting the commercial delivery of projects that connect new developments to vital water and wastewater networks.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring costs are effectively controlled while identifying opportunities to maximise value and improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing take-offs, measurements and pricing of works.
- Managing and assessing subcontractor accounts.
- Reporting on completed works and forecasting project costs.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of applications for payment.
- Identifying value engineering opportunities across operations and commercial processes.
- Monitoring project costs and identifying efficiencies to maximise margins.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Maintaining accurate commercial records and reporting.

You’ll be supporting projects within a developer services environment, delivering water and wastewater connections, lateral drain installations, and infrastructure that enables new developments to access essential utility services.
