Are you a Site Supervisor looking for your next role? Finlay Jude Associates are working with a leading company who specialise in providing solutions across the water and wastewater industry. Our client is looking to strengthen the Construction team with Working Foreman / Site Supervisor based across our sites in the Midlands region. Multiple positions available.
You will report directly to the Site Manager and your role will involve leading the site staff and resources to complete construction and installation in the most efficient manner, to the specification and within the allowed time, without risk to the health and safety of all concerned and providing a quality end product, ensuring good customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementation of the Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets.
- Comply as appropriate, with the processes and procedures.
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations and compliance with the Company safe working practices.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to deliver work alongside the RAMS and suggest improvements.
- Implement the latest H & S regulations and legislation.
- Ensure all labour, plant and materials are requested in a timely manner to ensure delivery of the contract programme.
- Keep abreast of Employment Law and Regulations.
About The Candidate:
- Experience in working on large water / wastewater construction sites
- Drainage or civil engineering experience
- Previous experience as a Supervisor
- Experience in managing a team
- Appropriate tickets and qualifications including CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, first aid.
