FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Project Coordinator to strengthen their team.

The Project Coordinator Role

  • Coordinate personnel, projects, clients, on site resources and equipment
  • Provide technical support to field based teams
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Issue appropriate RAMS to field teams for each project
  • Plan and manage weekly deployment and schedules of field staff
  • Support toolbox talks, team briefings and site based workplace inspections
  • Ensure field staff are equipped and supported to work safely
  • Coordinate project activities, resources and information to meet programme requirements
  • Identify project risks and opportunities
  • Track and report on project progress
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Support QA checks and assurance activities
  • Prepare and review RAMS documentation
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager

Project Coordinator Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in a wastewater related role (CCTV surveying, asset inspection, flow monitoring etc.)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with strong problem solving ability
  • Flexible, dependable and able to work under time pressure
  • Professional, approachable and confident communicating at all levels
  • Able to work independently using initiative
