FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client based in the central Glasgow area. The role will be fully office based. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Office Manager and project teams in all aspects of administration including purchasing and supplier management, travel and accommodation bookings, stationery and PPE ordering, fleet admin support and reception and visitor management. The role is extremely varied so you must be an organised multi-tasker and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

- Salary Β£28,000 (Β£13.50 per hour)
- Full time working hours β 40 hours per week Mon β Fri
- Temporary on-going role β immediate start available

The role of Office Administrator:
- Office administration β supporting the busy office environment, with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Invoicing and finance support β supplier and client invoicing, along with good attention to detail and confidence in handling administrative finance processes.
- Organisation and initiative β strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and use initiative to solve problems and keep work moving smoothly.
- Communication and teamwork β clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide a high standard of service.
