Job Description FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Advisor on behalf our client in the Greater Manchester area. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and embedding good practice throughout the business and ensuring that our projects deliver "right first time". The Quality Advisor will support the business to help ensure that the company HSQE Management Systems meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. You will also ensure that all design, construction and commissioning activities comply with industry standards, accreditation requirements and client specifications Salary Β£40,000 - Β£45,000 plus car allowance ~32 days holiday, Christmas shut down and extra holiday purchase scheme ~ Attractive pension scheme ~ Long service recognition and extra holiday accrual ~ Healthcare cash plan ~ Development and progression opportunities Quality Advisor responsibilities: Advise projects on relevant quality standards and client requirements to ensure they are captured in project quality documentation and that projects operate in compliance. Ensure project handover between Design and Construction and PM to Teams are adhered to, to eliminate delay for customers. Help improve customer satisfaction statistics on the Residential workstream especially by implementing processes and procedures where necessary and ensure we are receiving useful data off our customers which will ultimately help us improve (ISO 9001) Assist the site teams on quality matters and help them discharge their duties. Support the site teams in producing and working to quality documentation. Carry out root cause analysis and support in identifying and implementing appropriate corrective action. Collate and report on Quality KPIs to the Quality & Compliance Manager Integrate with project teams to deliver projects to a high standard, right first time. Ensure Policies, procedures and work instructions are documented, controlled and communities across the business Be an advocate for Quality and support projects in continuous improvement to deliver high standards for clients. Review and understand client specifications and cascade requirements throughout the project team and the supply chain. Support the development of project quality documentation including: quality plans, inspection and test plans and review supply chain documentation. Support the development and maintenance of the business management system. Support with identifying and implementing improvements as part of the continuous improvement programme.
