Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the utilities sector for a Salesforce Analyst.
The Salesforce Analyst will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organisation’s Salesforce platform. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, and ensure the system is scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and user requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver user support, documentation, and training to maximize adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and configuration; Experience working with Salesforce administration features and platform capabilities
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate user and business requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions; Strong understanding of how CRM systems support business operations
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and improve processes; Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system optimization
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels; Comfortable delivering user training and explaining technical concepts in plain language
