FJA are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in the Rossendale area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and organised Administrator to join a well-established team, working to support all areas of the business.

Package / Benefits

  • Salary £28,000
  • Excellent working hours – flexible working hours and early Friday finish
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure
  • Full time or part time hours available (e.g. school hours)
  • Possibility for the role to be extended / made permanent after the initial 12 months
  • Fully collaborative work environment / team

Responsibilities

  • Management of Purchase orders – accurate data entry and receipt generation
  • Chasing delivery of orders
  • Uploading documents to online portals
  • General stock management – maintaining accurate records of stock
  • Assisting with company vehicles and transport – booking MOTs and services etc
  • Working with Managers to provide various reports including supplier feedback / issues
  • Digitise archived folders
  • Manage import and export documents – previous experience in this would be beneficial but full training would be given
  • Ad hoc Admin duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience in a varied Administration role
  • Confident self-starter, able to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Strong computer skills, including a good level of Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
