The Role: Quality Assurance Operative
You’ll play a key part in making sure our products are safe, high-quality, and right first time. Your day-to-day will include:
- Carrying out quality and food-safety checks
- Taking samples and completing quality records
- Supporting investigations and continuous improvement
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and compliant
- Working closely with production and QA colleagues
- Helping new starters and supporting a positive team culture
This role suits someone who enjoys detail, teamwork, and taking pride in delivering quality. QA experience is helpful, but not essential — full training is provided.
Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly shift (Monday–Thursday only):
- Week 1: 5am – 3pm
- Week 2: 2pm – 12am
No Fridays. More work-life balance. Long weekends, every week.
