What You’ll Do
As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional accommodation standards
- Coordinate cleans and accommodation checks to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
- Work closely with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation standards across the park
- Support team training, delegation, and performance management
- Respond to guest concerns and help resolve housekeeping issues efficiently
- Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and operational inventory
- Maintain accurate records using ParcVu and support operational reporting
- Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed at all times
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping or hospitality
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Confidence leading teams in a busy operational environment
- A positive, hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
Desirable:
- Experience using ParcVu or similar systems
- Experience monitoring guest feedback or operational KPIs
