What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day running of all Food & Beverage and retail operations, deputising for the F&B Manager when required
- Lead by example, ensuring service is consistently delivered to the highest standards
- Train, support and motivate your team, embedding best practices across the department
- Drive sales growth and monitor profit performance, taking action to meet or exceed budget targets
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, liquor licensing, and food hygiene standards
- Contribute to menu and retail development, supporting seasonal updates and innovation
- Take shared responsibility for the success of all on-site F&B operations including dining, retail and events
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ F&B management experience, ideally in a branded F&B operation
- A Personal Licence Holder qualification (essential)
- Proven ability in recruiting, training, and developing team
- Strong knowledge of stock control, GP management, and visual merchandising
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- A successful track record of deputising and supporting profitable F&B operations
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
