What You’ll Do
As aMaintenance and Grounds Person, you will:
- Carry out grounds maintenanceto the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
- Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
- Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
- Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issuesacross lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
- Work within a teamto maintain the park’s appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
- Follow Health & Safety policies and proceduresto ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking anenthusiastic, hands-on team playerwho enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
- Apractical approachto property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
- A valid full UK driving licence
- Awareness ofHealth & Safety regulationsand a commitment to working safely
- Excellentcustomer service skillswith a friendly and proactive attitude
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipmentis beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
