The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner to create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.
You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
- Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
- Support all children, including those with SEND
- Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
- Build strong relationships with parents
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation
