The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner to create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning through EYFS.
- Be a key person – supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
- Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly.
- Support all children, including those with SEND.
- Work closely with your team to create a positive environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation.
