The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

We are looking for a level 2 or above Early Years Qualified Practitioner (desired but not essential) to create inspiring learning experiences and support children’s learning and development in a fun, unique, nurturing environment. You’ll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on learning through EYFS
  • Be a key person — supporting children’s development and wellbeing
  • Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
  • Support all children, including those with SEND
  • Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents
  • Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation

  • Level 2 or Above Early Years qualification
  • You’re great at creating engaging learning experiences
  • You’ve got experience with EYFS and ideally Famly

  • You’re reliable, hard-working, and genuinely care
