Know Your EYFS Inside Out

As a Nursery Manager, you'll need to demonstrate a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Brush up on the seven areas of learning and be ready to discuss how you would implement them in your nursery. Think about specific examples from your past experience that showcase your ability to create engaging learning environments.

Showcase Your Leadership Skills

This role requires strong leadership and team management abilities. Prepare to share your experiences in leading a team, motivating staff, and developing their skills.
