Avon Valley Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible Deputy SENCo to support the SENCo and champion SEND provision across the nursery. The role blends hands-on daily care with leadership responsibilities, working in rooms with children while guiding staff on inclusive practice.
You will help identify needs, coordinate SEND records, and liaise with families and external professionals to ensure timely support. A strong EYFS/SEND background is essential.
