The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bank Staff Practitioners to support our nursery team on a flexible, as‑needed basis. This role is perfect if you want flexibility around your schedule, love working with children, or want to gain experience or return to childcare.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play
- Helping create a safe, nurturing environment

Ideal Candidate
Reliable and flexible, friendly, positive, approachable, confident working with children, and a team player who can adapt quickly. Ideally, you have experience in a nursery or childcare setting and hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential).
