Introduction

Finkley Amesbury is looking for a new Childcare Apprentice.

You will be studying toward an Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 or 3, dependent on prior experience or qualifications.

We also offer specialist spaces, including a dedicated building room and a music room, giving children opportunities to express themselves and develop new skills.

What You'll Do

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Develop skills and knowledge by actively learning from supervisors, mentors, and colleagues.
  • Complete training and coursework required by the apprenticeship programme, including assessments and exams.
  • Follow instructions and workplace procedures, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Comply with health, safety, and company policies to maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, such as punctuality, reliability, and appropriate workplace behaviour.
  • Apply learned skills on the job to support day‑to‑day business or operational activities.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possibility of being offered a full‑time role.
