Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role due to good company growth specifically concentrating on marine.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will have an array of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Supporting with regulatory reporting.
- Assisting in drafting, implementing, and embedding policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls.
- Preparing compliance and governance reports.
- Assisting with the compliance monitoring plan.
- Supporting with various projects including consumer duty.
- Conducting compliance training across the company.
Minimum 3 years compliance experience.
Strong knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
This is a brilliant all-encompassing role, where you will be given plenty of exposure across compliance, risk, company secretarial duties and also be able to mentor a junior member of the team.
