About The Role
We are excited for the opportunity for a Wholesale Project Manager to join the Finisterre team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This new role will report directly to our Commercial Director, and focus on reviewing and improving our wholesale processes, systems, and operating model to support the scaling of our volume across multiple regions and account types. The person in this role will need to collaborate with teams in finance, operations, buying, and marketing to ensure the central wholesale team is set up to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Work closely with buying, marketing and central wholesale team to develop and optimise the end-to-end wholesale critical path delivery across sample management, photography, order forms, catalogues, stock management and co-ordination of processes with logistics function
- Using a combination of technology and business processes introduce short-term data validation and processes to eradicate manual data errors across all wholesale data points e.g. order forms, pricing, UPC codes
- Develop Standard Operating processes across the Wholesale function to ensure all end-to-end processes are fully mapped out with a clear and scalable methodology
- Develop KPIs, reporting and measurement to enable service levels to be developed and adopted for the central wholesale function
Systems & Process Management
- Build and document our approach to wholesale order management tasks to enable the Wholesale Admin asst role to function efficiently within closely defined parameters.
- Lead the project working closely with Central IT and E-commerce on the development of a Shopify B2B platform to enable wholesale order automation across all markets
- Be a key stakeholder for wholesale in the central PLM/ PIM project to manage wholesale data requirements for the longer term
- Work closely with IT on our virtual warehousing capability to provide upstream transparency on stock availability for wholesale partners
- Work on how we evolve our processes to work further upstream on wholesale requirements e.g. photography, pricing and stock forecasting
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE
- Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience of working in a wholesale environment ideally for a multi-channel apparel brand
- Expertise in developing and managing wholesale processes is essential ideally with a multi-region approach
- Knowledge and experience of wholesale technology and B2B websites
- Expertise in creation of Standard operating processes with good writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent self-awareness, communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives on positive change and able to manage self and others under pressure
- Passion, energy and aspiration in line with Finisterre values, products, brand and customers
