Finisterre is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Manager to own the customer and order journey end-to-end across UK, EU and NA. You will manage onboarding, compliance, order processing in Netsuite, SLA delivery, warehouse liaison and team leadership for two admins.
Based at our HQ in St Agnes, Cornwall, the role requires pace, accuracy and a builder mindset to create scalable processes in a fast-growing, purpose-led outdoor brand.
