We have an exciting opportunity for retail professionals to join the Finisterre team at our fantastic Covent Garden store. The role of Supervisor is an entry point into management within our retail development path. You will lead by example to drive sales through exceptional customer service and high store standards, while also ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, you will take responsibility for key areas in the store which include operations, visual merchandising, community and customer experience. In doing so, you'll be enabling the team to meet store targets and KPIs while being proficient in all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Be a role model for your team and influence others to deliver exceptional customer service and support team members with continued shop floor training. Support the management team to deliver product training ensuring the team is fully versed in all our product point of difference. Use your best judgment in all customer service matters, making appropriate decisions where necessary with a strong customer focus.
  • Operations: Responsible as required for the open and closure of the store, making sure all store assets and the site are fully secured. Accurately follow cash management procedures and make sure all cash handling is documented and signed for. Manage all aspects of stock control, deliveries, transfers, replenishment, and returns - ensuring accuracy and minimal shrinkage. Maintain organised and efficient back-of-house areas to support quick and accurate product replenishment. Implement and monitor operational checklists to ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed.
