Finisterre in Covent Garden is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to support the store management in the day-to-day running, take responsibility for key areas such as visual merchandising, operations, and customer experience, and help the team meet store targets.
You will lead by example, develop product knowledge, train staff, manage stock and cash procedures, coordinate events, and build relationships with customers and the local Finisterre community to drive sales and loyalty.
