This is a new and exciting opportunity created as part of our unwavering commitment to delivering the very best education for every student—particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As we align our provision with the Government’s ambitions outlined in the recent SEND White Paper, this role sits at the heart of our inclusive vision.
The Assistant SENDCo will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every student with SEND receives the support they need to thrive. Working closely with the Director of SEND and Deputy SENDCo, you will help to ensure that communication between students, staff, and parents is clear, consistent, and meaningful. You will support the implementation and monitoring of high-quality provision, ensuring that interventions are effective and delivered in a timely way.
You will join a dedicated, experienced, and collaborative team within our Gateway provision, where inclusion is not just a priority but a shared passion.
