The Assistant SENDCo will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every student with SEND receives the support they need to thrive. Working closely with the Director of SEND and Deputy SENDCo, you will help to ensure that communication between students, staff, and parents is clear, consistent, and meaningful.
You will support the implementation and monitoring of high-quality provision, ensuring that interventions are effective and delivered in a timely way. You will join a dedicated, experienced, and collaborative team within our Gateway provision, where inclusion is not just a priority but a shared passion.
