At Fingerprint Financial Planning, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We are a growing Independent Financial Advice firm, and we're looking for a Level 4 qualified Financial Review Adviser to join our team.

This is an opportunity to take on a strong client bank, support an existing adviser team and, at the same time, build your own portfolio and develop your career.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and develop an established client bank.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Provide professional advice across protection, pensions and investments.
• Conduct client reviews face-to-face, by telephone and video.
• Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators.
• Develop new business through your existing network and relationships.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of FCA and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

You'll be a Level 4 qualified adviser, ideally with 1–3 years' experience, strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for putting clients first.

You'll also be:

• A confident relationship builder.
• Commercially aware and motivated to grow.
• Organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Proactive, resourceful and positive in your approach.
• Comfortable with technology and open to change.
• A strong team player.

Intelligent Office (IO) experience is desirable but not essential.
