The Referencer is a specialist management level role within Fingal County Council’s Economic, Enterprise, Tourism & Cultural Development Department, working in the Property Services Section and supporting all Council departments. The position is responsible for the administration and management of property related matters and contributes to resolving property and title issues, including trespass, adverse possession, unauthorised rights of way and other unauthorised uses.
