We are looking for a Freelance Stage Designer ("scénographe") to collaborate on creative pitches and event projects. This role goes beyond traditional scenography: we seek someone who combines graphic design, stage design, and furniture design expertise with the intellectual curiosity of an Art Director. You will play a pivotal role in shaping immersive concepts, bringing them to life through visual identity, 3D renderings, and scenographic storytelling. You will also provide technical and strategic advice, ensuring ideas are not only visually striking but also feasible, eco-conscious, and impactful from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact roughs, 2D, 3D visuals, and renderings to illustrate creative ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Build and adapt visual identities for pitches and scenographic environments.
- Provide input on feasibility and technical aspects, to anticipate constraints (budget, timelines, feasibility) and ensure creative ideas can be delivered effectively in practice.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Event production team and Technical consultants, maintaining alignment between creative vision and production realities.
- Support projects end to end: from initial pitch through to final realization, ensuring design consistency and creative impact throughout.
Ideal Profile & Skills
- Proven background in Scenography or AV Stage Design, Art Direction, Graphic Design, ideally with training in visual communication or multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar 2D/3D design and rendering tools.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills: identity design, graphic layouts, scenography, furniture design.
- Solid understanding of audiovisual technologies (sound, light, projection) and their integration into stage and scenographic design.
- Strong experience with event and communication agencies, particularly in corporate and luxury events (plenary sessions, product launches, experiential activations).
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to balance creative vision and production constraints.
Why Join Us

- Working with the largest corporates, Private Equity firms and Venture Capital firms in the world.
